I’m Maricla Pannocchia, an Italian freelance travel writer writing in English and Italian, based in Siem Reap, Cambodia since 2022.

I work with:

• Boutique hotels;
• Local businesses;
•  Tourism projects across Cambodia, Southeast Asia, and other parts of Asia, creating travel content that highlights sustainability, community support, environmental awareness and conservation, while promoting hotels, tour operators, excursions, and experiences.

All of my content is licensed for clients to use on their websites and social media. I am also available to write directly for clients (without publishing on my website) to develop an ongoing narrative aligned with their goals.

My website reaches an Italian audience aged 35+ interested in experiential, sustainable, and responsible travel, along with expats based in Southeast Asia, particularly Siem Reap.
